Booking Information
- Change over day is Saturday
- Check in time is from 3pm to
9pm at the latest
- Check out time by 10am
The property must be left as you found it in a clean and
tidy condition. It is greatly appreciated if guests depart promptly
to allow us time to prepare for new arrivals.
- Restrictions
No Pets
No Smoking
- Payment
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to
confirm your booking. The balance is payable six weeks prior
to your holiday.

Bath
- Insurance
To safeguard both parties, guests are advised to take out holiday
cancellation insurance.
- Breakages
All breakages must be paid for.
- Short Breaks
These are often available outside school holidays at 70% of weekly
price. They commence either Saturday or Wednesday and are
for three nights.
- Linen
We supply bed linen (duvets), shower towels and hand towels.
