The Flat
We are the end terrace house of Mawddach Crescent which was part
of a projected seaside resort planned by Cardiff entrepreneur Solomon
Andrews in 1902. His plans never quite came to fruition which was
perhaps fortunate for us since we are now left in peace and quiet.
